Senior PQS Role
- Belfast City Centre. The CSR Group is currently recruiting for an international construction, real estateand project management consultancy. CSRare looking for someone who is willing to challengethemselves while working on multi-million-pound projects. Your new company is a well-respectedinternational consultancy who are based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The right person will help strengthen the already excellent reputation the company has built. What they do:
They deliver projects across almost everymajor sector, with values ranging from smaller two-million-pound schemesto landmark developments exceeding a billion. They work in:
Residential Education Commercial and industrial Healthcare and care homes Public sector development Hotel, leisure and hospitality. Tasks and Responsibilities:
Estimate materials, timeand labour costs for projects. Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities for clients and architects. Negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts. Manage risk, valueand overall cost control throughout the project. Analyse projected outcomes versus actual results. Produce detailed findings, report sand progress updates. Value completed work and arrangepayments. Maintain awareness of Health and Safety regulations and ensure they are

Qualifications:

Chartered or working towards chartership. 5+ Years of experience. Salary:
