Junior Estimator
Location:
Belfast, County Antrim (with travel across Ireland and occasional UK projects)
The Role Our client is seeking a Junior Estimator to support their Contracts team on office interiors and shop fit-out projects. This role is key in ensuring accurate project costing, budget management, and smooth project delivery from tender to completion.
Key Responsibilities Prepare project estimates, tenders, and BOQs. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Monitor budgets and ensure projects run smoothly. Attend sites occasionally to oversee progress. Support the Contracts team throughout the project lifecycle.
What Were Looking For Commercial estimating or quantity surveying experience in office interiors, shop fit-out, or internal trades. Strong maths, IT, and communication skills. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset. Flexible for travel across Ireland and occasionally the UK. Whats on Offer Competitive salary (£35k £40k DOE). Paid holidays and pension scheme.
