As part of a close-knit team, you'll work on a variety of instructions that will enhance your skillset and accelerate your journey towards chartership.

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
• Currently working towards APC with a clear goal to achieve MRICS
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience within a commercial consultancy setting
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
• Full UK driving licence

• Support delivery of professional services including dilapidations, condition surveys, and building pathology reports
• Assist with contract administration and project management tasks
• Contribute to planned preventative maintenance schedules and reinstatement cost assessments
• Conduct defect analysis and technical due diligence
• Work closely with senior team members to gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of commercial instructions, progressing towards your APC and chartership
