An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Construction Project Manager to join a professional consultancy team based in their Belfast office, delivering a varied portfolio of commercial developments and historic building projects across the UK and Ireland. The business offers a collaborative, close-knit team environment with exposure to interesting, technically diverse projects.

As Construction Project Manager, you will manage construction projects from inception through to completion, delivering full pre- and post-contract Project Management services within a consultancy environment. The role offers autonomy, client exposure, and the opportunity to work across both modern commercial schemes and heritage-led projects with appropriate support from senior colleagues.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure project information, costs, value and delivery align with client requirements, production of Employer's Requirements, contract administration duties, chairing and minuting project meetings, management of value engineering workshops, undertaking site and works inspections during construction, and inspection of works upon completion.
The Ideal PersonYou will hold a third-level qualification in Project Management or a construction-related discipline and have a minimum of 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects.
Candidates from transferable backgrounds including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or contractor-side Project Management are welcomed, provided you have client-facing project delivery experience. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project. Applicants must have experience delivering construction projects and be eligible to work in the UK.
Experience or a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Estimating would be advantageous.
RemunerationUp to £55,000+ DOE plus a competitive benefits package, with hybrid working considered.
