This organisation plays a pivotal role in delivering complex building and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and beyond, with expertise spanning across most, if not all, the built environment and construction commanding a significant presence within the to continued growth, our client has an exciting opportunity available for a building surveyor to join the growing team in Belfast.

Your new role We are seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor looking for a rewarding career journey. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to the role and demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent customer service, promoting knowledge and best practice across projects and achieving successful outcomes for clients.

What you'll need to succeed Qualifications Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body Experience Strong technical delivery experience Good knowledge of JCT Contracts Track record in project management of projects from inception to completion Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders Previously employed by a consultancy Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines Behaviours Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner Excellent specification writing skills Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery Able to build long-term relationships What you'll get in return The culture is built around enabling you to fulfil your potential, so you can look forward to benefits that include:
