Site Manager

Your new role As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of stonework and faade installation packages on major projects. You will:
Lead site teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Manage subcontractors, logistics, and sequencing to maintain programme targets. Champion high standards of quality, workmanship, and health & safety. Liaise with clients, project managers, and design teams to resolve issues and drive progress. Provide weekly site reporting and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. This role will involve weekly travel to sites across the UK, with the support of a strong management team and well-structured project delivery processes behind you.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction - stonework, cladding, faades, or external envelope experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and maintain client relationships. A solid understanding of site health & safety and quality control. The flexibility and willingness to travel to various projects weekly.
