Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to significant and sustained growth through to 2026 , The Pure Fitout Company , a well-known premier fitout and construction company, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team . This is a senior appointment for a commercially astute professional who will become part of an already established and highly experienced team , delivering some of Irelands and the UKs most prestigious hospitality and commercial office fitout projects .

The role offers a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and long-term career progression within a company that continues to grow its presence across Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities Full cost and financial management of fitout and construction projects from pre-contract through to final account Preparation and management of project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including tender analysis and contract negotiation Preparation, submission, and agreement of interim valuations, variations, and final accounts Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure profitability and value for money Valuation and certification of subcontractor accounts and payments Identification and management of project risks and opportunities Preparation of regular financial and cost reports for senior management Working closely with project and site teams to ensure successful project delivery Providing guidance and mentoring to Junior and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors Candidate Profile Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Proven experience working at Senior Quantity Surveyor level within fitout and/or construction Strong experience on hospitality and/or commercial office fitout projects Excellent commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills Ability to manage projects independently while contributing positively to the wider team Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office Whats on Offer Highly competitive senior salary , commensurate with experience Annual performance-based bonus structure Company laptop and mobile phone Travel expenses covered Opportunity to work on high-profile and prestigious projects across Ireland and the UK Clear long-term career progression within a growing organisation Supportive, professional team environment with a strong focus on quality and delivery Why The Pure Fitout Company?
