TheOpportunity
This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who wants meaningful responsibility, a stable workload, and the chance to work on projects that develop professional capability not just routine delivery. You will manage commercial and conservation schemes from early planning through to completion, working within a focused team that values competence, clarity, and consistent results.

- Prepare Employers Requirements
- Manage contract administration
- Chair and record project meetings
- Oversee Value Engineering workshops
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Complete final inspections and ensure quality standards
- Third-level qualification in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years experience delivering construction projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Experience or qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
