Senior Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy - Director Track) Client An excellent Director-track opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy team in Belfast, delivering major construction projects across the UK and Ireland. The Belfast office supports high-profile public-sector schemes and offers significant growth potential, with a clear pathway to Associate and Director level for the right individual.

Hybrid and flexible working is supported, allowing senior staff to balance client delivery with autonomy and work-life flexibility. The Ideal Person This role is open to experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors with strong consultancy or client-side cost management experience, typically gained over 8+ years within the construction sector. Candidates may be Chartered (MRICS) or working toward chartership, or able to demonstrate equivalent senior-level experience.

You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, confident delivering cost management services on complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, comfortable working within multi-disciplinary design teams, and experienced in client-facing environments. Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts and proficiency in Microsoft Office and B/Q software such as Q-Script or similar is required. Responsibilities Deliver full cost management services on large-scale construction projects, lead commercial decision-making from early-stage development through completion, produce cost plans, reports, bills of quantities and contractual documentation, manage and mentor junior team members, contribute to client relationships and repeat business, and support the continued growth of the Belfast office as part of a long-term Director-track role.

Remuneration £45,000 - £55,000 DOE plus a competitive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
