Construction Project Manager; Consultancy

Construction Project Manager (Consultancy) Client An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Construction Project Manager to join a professional team based in their Belfast office. Our client has a growing portfolio of commercial developments and historic building conservation projects across the UK and Ireland, offering varied and rewarding work within a collaborative, close-knit team environment.

The Role As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of construction projects from inception through to completion, undertaking full pre- and post-contract duties. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project information, costs, profitability, and value meet project requirements Production of Employer's Requirements Contract administration duties Chairing and minuting project meetings Management of Value Engineering workshops Site and works inspections during construction Inspection of works upon completion The Ideal Person Third-level Project Management qualification, with experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, or Construction Manager Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Applicants without experience in delivering construction projects will not be considered.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. Desirable Criteria Experience or a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying / Estimating Remuneration £42,000 - £52,000 + Competitive package, commensurate with experience.
