Your new role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, oversee quality control, manage site documentation, and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead and motivate site teams effectively.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. A valid CSR/CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications.
