We are hiring for our client, a progressive and forward-thinking construction business based in Belfast, seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. With 3–4 years’ post‑graduate experience in construction or fit‑out, the successful Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates while working closely with project delivery teams to support successful tender outcomes.

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors
• Complete detailed take-offs, cost plans, and pricing schedules
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks
• Support bid submissions and client presentations
• Liaise with project management teams to align estimates with delivery

• 3–4 years’ post‑graduate experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
• Strong understanding of cost management and estimating principles
• Proficient with Evaluate, Procore, or similar estimating software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
