Estimator Greater Belfast £45,000  benefits We are working with a leading NI fit out contractor to recruit for their new permanent Estimator to join them on the outskirts of Belfast. Offering a flexible working environment (including flexitime) and joining a supportive team you will be;
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope and requirements Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Conduct site visits as necessary to assess conditions and gather information Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers Prepare detailed take-offs, cost breakdowns, and pricing documents Identify potential risks, VE opportunities, and cost-saving options Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and client presentations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and construction methods Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure estimates align with project execution What we are looking for Ideally 3  years experience in an estimating / quantity surveying role Confident knowledge of cost management, estimating, and contract administration Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Evaluate & Procore Ability to work independently and as part of a team In return you can expect a generous package, progression and development opportunities within a well-respected NI contractor.
