Your new role We're seeking a Contracts Manager to take full ownership of a flagship project-a £75 million new-build hotel featuring 700 beds, a concrete frame, and a pre-cast faade.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-value scheme from start to will:
Lead client engagement and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Drive design coordination and ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards. Develop construction programmes, manage procurement, and oversee subcontractor performance. Motivate and manage a streamlined team under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and safety. Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders and clients. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on large-scale new-build projects (ideally hotels or similar high-value schemes £50m).

Strong leadership and client-facing skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A relevant construction qualification (HND/HNC/BTEC) and a valid CSR/CSCS card. Flexibility to travel and a full UK driving licence.
