Senior Quantity Surveyor – CSR (NI) LIMITED

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is sought to join a Top 5 contractor at CSR (NI) LIMITED. The role reports to the Managing Quantity Surveyor and will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on a £20M+ project. CSR’s portfolio includes high‑rise residential developments, offices, and retail & leisure.

• Undertake cost analysis and prepare early‑stage budgets and detailed cost plans.
• Assist in establishing client requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Value completed work and arrange payments.
• Liaise with the Estimating and Buying departments as required.
• Produce cost reports.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Strong management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy:
  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) plus COINS financial software or similar.

Travel is likely to be required one night per week. Salary and remuneration package are excellent.
