Project Manager - Fit

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Project Manager (Fitout)

Project – Commercial Fit Out

Job Location – London – Weekly Travel

Salary - £55K- £65K + travel, accommodation and bonus!

About the Company

A fantastic opportunity to work with a very busy, and well-established Contractor on Commercial fitout projects in London areas.

Travel across Mainland UK is essential for this role however full travel package will be included. Benefits include, weekly travel, tax free allowances and project-based bonus structure.

Monday to Friday travel.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of various commercial projects as required by the business.
• Oversee commercial, hospitality and retail fit out projects
• Manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time, in budget and to a high standard.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to at all times on site.
• Liaise with Senior Management and Clients to update them of project progress

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trades Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience working in the fit-out industry in the UK.
• Flexibility- applicants must be flexible with travel to different sites as required by the business (expenses covered by Contractor)
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
