A leading construction contractor in Northern Ireland is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 4 years' experience. You will report to the Commercial Manager and be involved in Heavy Civils and Marine Projects, requiring travel 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities include identifying potential overspend, cost valuation reporting, and validating subcontractor applications. A competitive salary and remuneration package will be offered.
