Responsibilities & Criteria
Core Responsibilities- Project Management:
Own and manage the full lifecycle of scheme transitions to Dalriada.
Together, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards. - Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Mantle installation team, Dalriada client teams, and external stakeholders. This includes incumbent administrators and advisors. - Process Oversight:
Understand and monitor the installation process, identifying and resolving issues promptly. - Mantle Expertise:
Become a Mantle Superuser and providing guidance and support during the transition process. - Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks where necessary.
- Support the conversion of new and existing cases to Dalriada.
Together. - Assist in tender activity, including preparation of materials and providing timelines for installations.
- Contribute to marketing collateral related to the Mantle transition process if required.
- Build skills aligned with your career development goals.
- Attend technical and business skills training as required.
- Gain exposure to Trusteeship and client management opportunities.
- Previous experience in a project management role, ideally within pensions or financial services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Mantle and familiarity with Dalriada.

Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. - Technical Understanding:
Comfortable interpreting administration or payroll technical concepts (with support from the wider transition team). - Collaboration:

Able to respond to changing priorities and client needs.
