District Sales Manager
Belfast Based

As District Sales Manager, you will help shape the future of food service across the island of Ireland while supporting the continued expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing sales team to deliver consistent sales growth and service excellence.
  • Driving territory performance by analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Building strong customer relationships across key accounts, ensuring commercial targets are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business, grow existing accounts and minimise losses.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets across the assigned territory.
  • Use the CRM system for planning, forecasting and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Manage credit risk and communicate potential issues to the credit team.
  • Lead sales meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Complete administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting and record‑keeping.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in food/food service sales and 3+ years managing people or remote teams.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing sales.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, targets, and financial reporting.
  • Flexible with working hours and travel requirements.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Skilled communicator with strengths in presenting, networking, and negotiating.
  • Proactive in addressing customer needs and building long‑term partnerships.
  • Strong time‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
