Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role based in Belfast. The Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day office operations, including maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and coordinating communications with clients and team members. Responsibilities include handling documentation, organizing meetings, assisting with inventory tracking, liaising with other departments, and supporting management activities as needed. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications
  • Administrative skills, including record keeping, scheduling, and office organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on professional interaction
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Prior administrative experience or related role is preferred
  • Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration or a similar field is an advantage
