We are recruiting for a Receptionist.
The role will require excellent communication, organisational, customer service and people skills with the ability to work in partnership across a number of departments.
- To act as the initial point of contract for all visitors or telephone enquires
- Answering/ redirecting calls and taking / relaying accurate verbal and written messages
- To develop and maintain processes and procedure within the reception area
- To carry out the day to day administration of the front office to include maintaining registration diary
- To assist/ take queries from work seekers liaising with the appropriate department where necessary
- Upload registration forms unto CRM system ensuring full compliance
- To assist with ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required, taking a proactive approach to time management.

- Previous experience working in a busy multi lingual reception area
- Previous experience working with CRM systems
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment

Full-time permanent (subject to 6 months probationary period)
