As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, possesses a positive attitude, and is adept 'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to our daily operations, all while helping to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize office files and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with a friendly demeanour.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Support the team with special projects and initiatives.
  • Greet and assist visitors to ensure they feel welcome.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
