Job Opportunity:
Housing Advisor – Belfast

Location: Belfast
Salary: £16.90 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

We are seeking a proactive and organised Housing Advisor to join our team in Belfast. In this role, you will support the Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the administration function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the team. You will also carry out daily administrative duties and supervise admin staff to ensure they are confident, fully trained, and competent in their roles.

• Support the manager in the daily running of the admin team
• Carry out routine administrative duties to support housing services
• Supervise and support admin staff, ensuring training needs are met
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative processes
• Use IT systems effectively to manage workloads and documentation
• Handle competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Experience:

• 1–5 years’ experience in an administrative or advisory role
• Strong IT proficiency across core systems and software
• Ability to manage competing demands effectively
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience supporting or supervising staff (desirable)
