Sales Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Belfast. The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a sales team. They provide administrative and organisational support to the sales department.

Salary: £25-30k

• Provide ongoing admin sales support for the Sales Team.
• Process sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely entry onto Company system (Sage) and liaise with Warehouse Manager.
• Invoicing.
• Answer Sales calls and monitor emails.
• Supporting trade and export customers with order queries and documentation.
• Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely fashion, to maintain positive working relationships with clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by your Manager.

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Sage (desirable).
• Export Admin Experience (desirable).
