Position: Commercial Litigation PA - Northern Ireland (Permanent)
We are currently partnering with a well-established Belfast firm that is looking to appoint a skilled Legal PA to support its busy Commercial Litigation department.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with an excellent salary on offer for the right candidate.

Applicants must have previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within Commercial Litigation and be confident managing responsibilities independently. The successful individual will be proactive, highly organised, and capable of working with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

The role will involve:

* Supporting business development and wider administrative functions

* Coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal events

* Assisting with financial documentation and expense processing

* Managing complex diaries and drafting professional correspondence
