About the Job Reporting to the Finance lead, the Accounts Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function while also assisting with general office administration duties.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Monitor the sales ledger to ensure payments are received and correctly recorded Follow up on overdue balances and resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies Respond to customer billing queries and issue statements when required Accounts Payable Process purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any differences Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding account queries Payroll & Reporting Support Prepare payroll-related reports and employee information for processing General Office Support Assist with the smooth running of a busy office environment Provide administrative support across departments when required Previous Experience Experience in an accounts administration, billing, or credit control role Understanding of core accounting principles Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience using accounting software such as Sage or similar High level of accuracy with strong organisational and communication skills For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Ollie Mairs at HireIQ in complete confidence
