Connected Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrator who will work closely with the Operations Team and manage day‑to‑day running of the business. The role is based in our Belfast office and is essential in facilitating cooperation, resolving issues and maintaining a consistent flow of information across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Complete administration of the day‑to‑day operations department, ensure documents are accurate and up to date.
- Serve as a central communication link between internal departments.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Identify and troubleshoot communication gaps or administrative issues, escalating as needed.
- Assist in drafting reports, summaries and updates for Senior management.
- Help prepare for annual inspections.
- Support area managers with administration functions.
- Filing and data entry.
- Compile monthly and annual reports.
- Business & KPI reporting.
