Position: Legal PA (Commercial Litigation
We are pleased to be supporting a Belfast based firm who are keen to employ a Legal PA to support their Commercial Litigation Team. You will need to be an experienced Legal PA or Secretary holding experience within Commercial Litigation and be able to demonstrate this seamlessly. Being highly motivated is key along with having strong organisational skills and patience. You will be required to work without supervision, so confidence in your capabilities is essential.

This job will entail:

* Scheduling meetings and events within the firm.

* Providing diary management as well as preparing correspondence.

* Dealing with financial reports and preparing expense claims.

* Providing business development support.
