Overview of the RoleDue to continued business growth and new client opportunities, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing first line support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining high service standards for both clients and internal teams.
Please note that this is a Customer Services position, not an IT.
This role is being offered on a full-time basis, however part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate
Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for client telephone and online queries
- Accurately input & manage data within a live client database
- Provide administrative and coordination support for team of engineers and contractors
- Monitor and help maintain service levels and performance KPI’s
- Allocate and schedule response calls to the appropriate co-ordinators
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective decision-making abilities and a high level of diplomacy
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
