The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission is recruiting for the following permanent positions:

Executive Assistant

Executive Assistants are assigned to support the Clerk/Chief Executive, Directors and the Assembly Commissioner for Standards. There are currently two posts available – Executive Assistant to the Clerk/Chief Executive and Executive Assistant to the Director of Legal, Governance and Research Services.

As Executive Assistant, you will be provided with an excellent opportunity to make an important and valued contribution to the work of the Assembly. You will require excellent organisational and communication skills, great attention to detail and have experience of operating in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities.
