Location - Belfast City Centre
Rate of pay £12.75 per hour
Are you passionate about organisation, communication, and making a difference every day? We're looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our HR team, providing essential administrative support that helps keep our services running smoothly.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our HR systems and procedures operate effectively – supporting colleagues across the organisation and contributing to continuous service improvement.
What You’ll Do:- Deliver high‑quality administrative support within the HR department to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of systems and processes.
- Manage office administration and maintain excellent service standards for staff, customers, and visitors.
- Prepare professional reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff, offering advice and assistance when required.
- Support the organisation and administration of training and development programmes – including e‑learning, face‑to‑face sessions, and other professional growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, collate training statistics, and assist in the preparation of departmental reports.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff on all training and development matters.
- Support the department's commitment to personal development, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to Investors in People (IIP) initiatives and other quality improvement programmes.
