Position: Helpdesk Scheduler & Client Liaison - Permanent
A well-established Facilities Management organisation in Belfast is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, scheduling engineers, and providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.

This role offers a negotiable salary and opportunities for growth, working Monday to Friday.
