MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a company based in Belfast as they seek a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full time, permanent basis.

Operating for over 60 years in their industry, this company have become one of the forefront players within their industry throughout Northern Ireland. It has proudly remained family owned and now operating by the third generation.

As the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Processing high volume of invoices
• Requesting credits
• Deal with supplier queries via phone and email
• Support with supplier payments
• Liaise with other departments on purchase ledger enquiries
• General admin support
• Any other duties outlined on the job description

• Previous invoicing experience
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to multi-tasks and be well organised
