Position: Helpdesk & Scheduling Specialist (Facilities & CAFM)
A leading facilities service provider in Belfast is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator. You will serve as the first point of contact for client requests, logging, triaging, and allocating works via our CAFM system. The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in helpdesk or customer service roles, with strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities. You'll ensure compliance and support engineers to keep facilities operational.
