• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, directing queries or issues to the appropriate team members.
• Deliver high-quality administrative support to your designated service area, maintaining effective systems and procedures.
• Accurately input, process, monitor, and validate information in a timely manner with great attention to detail.
• Assist in analyzing and monitoring key information and statistics.
• Provide application support for BST users, resolving compatibility issues related to mobile/tablet devices and browsers.
• Collect data and support preparation of reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff, offering routine advice and guidance as needed.
