Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of data in the Time & Attendance system (Quinyx). Support site users with system queries, training, and setup. Validate and prepare data for upload into the payroll system (iTrent). Maintain and update payroll system data in collaboration with HR. Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing and provide holiday cover.
What You’ll Bring :
Experience with iTrent or similar payroll systems. High attention to detail and strong numerical skills. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data. Previous payroll administration experience. Strong systems knowledge and Excel proficiency. Experience in high-volume payroll environments. This will be 100% in the office.
