Executive Assistant to Group CEO

πŸ“† 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

πŸ’° Salary: Β£35,000 per annum (pro rata)

πŸ”‘ The Role

You'll deliver comprehensive executive support, including diary management, travel coordination and board administration. You'll also support Group-wide travel and hospitality arrangements and work alongside Corporate Marketing & Communications to help deliver Group events 🎀✨

This role requires professionalism, discretion and exceptional attention to detail.

πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities
  • πŸ” Handle sensitive commercial and personnel information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • πŸ“… Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and accommodation (including international travel)
  • πŸ“ Prepare, collate and circulate Board and Executive meeting papers accurately and on time
  • ✈️ Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, Board and Executive Leadership Team
  • πŸ’³ Manage credit card and cash expenses for the Chairman, Board and ELT
  • πŸŽ‰ Organise business events, committee meetings and Group hospitality, including catering
  • 🎨 Support the preparation of presentations for key meetings and events
  • πŸ’» Manage CEO and Group travel invoicing through the Company ERP system
  • βœ… Act as delegate for CEO approvals on internal systems
  • πŸ—‚ Maintain effective filing and data retrieval systems
  • πŸ“’ Ensure all internal and external communications present the organisation professionally
  • 🀝 Carry out additional tasks as required by senior leadership
πŸ‘€ About You

You'll have at least three years' experience supporting senior executives and enjoy working in a busy, high-performing environment. You're proactive, adaptable and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.

You'll also bring:

  • πŸ’¬ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • πŸ”„ A flexible, solutions-focused approach to work
  • πŸ” Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • πŸ“Š Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Power Point
  • 🌟 A customer-focused mindset and ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • πŸŽ“ A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent)
  • πŸš— Willingness to travel to Group sites as required, with access to your own transport
