Accounts Payable - Crumlin - £27,000 - £30,000 About the Company Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients finance team and support the day-to-day running of the accounts department.

Role Overview The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring suppliers are paid on time. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment. .

Key Responsibilities Processing and recording supplier invoices and credit notes Maintaining the purchase ledger and accounts payable records Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs Posting bank transactions and assisting with bank reconciliations Responding to supplier queries regarding payments Assisting with month-end procedures and financial reporting Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems Skills & Experience Required Experience working in a finance or accounts environment Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software Good Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication and organisation skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines If youre open to a confidential conversation about this opportunity, feel free to get in touch directly.
