Bookkeeper; Practice

Bookkeeper (Practice) Coalisland (BT71) Salary Negotiable DOE McKinty Associates are pleased to be working on behalf of a well-respected practice as they have a current need for an experienced Accounts professional to join their busy team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial tasks, including payroll processing, VAT submissions, and general bookkeeping duties. Main duties will include:
Payroll Management - Process weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll VAT Returns - Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulation Bookkeeping - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions / Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable Essential eligibility criteria: AAT/ATI qualification or equivalent or be Part Qualified Recognised Professional Accountancy Body (ACCA, ICAI, CIMA, etc) Previous relevant experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of payroll processes and VAT Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quick Books, Sage) Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail Motivated and flexible attitude Have the ability to manage a busy and varied workload and meet deadlines Ability to liaise with clients across a range of sectors Keen eye for detail Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
