- Belfast- URGENT Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly successful company based in Belfast. Due to an increase in workload, our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team for an initial period of 6- 8 weeks, however this could be extended. The successful applicant will be offered an immediate start, weekly pay, £15-£16 per hour, and the daily duties will be as follows:
Process and code a high volume of invoices into the company's sage system Match invoices to purchase orders & quotes Check and verify invoice details to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist with preparing weekly & monthly supplier payment runs. Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally. Support the AP team/FD with month-end closing activities Preparing site invoices for payments Essential Experience Experience working on Sage Line 50 Previous experience in Accounts Payable The hours of work for this role will be Monday
