Newly Qualified Accountant – Belfast

MCS Group is partnering with a growing practice in Belfast city centre to recruit a Newly Qualified Accountant on a full‑time, permanent basis. The firm is a leading UK network of chartered accountants offering audit, tax, and advisory services across NI and the UK.

• Report to the client manager and work closely with the firm’s partners
• Lead external audit for a portfolio of clients
• Prepare accounts for portfolio clients
• Handle personal/corporate tax matters
• Provide advisory support

• Newly qualified or qualified by experience, up to 3 years post‑qualified
• Ability to lead audits and mentor junior staff
• Experience in small to mid‑tier practices (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Open to Big 4 candidates seeking further development
