This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting support and expert guidance that will ensure growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality accountancy services.
  • Prepare and review statutory non-audit accounts and supporting working papers across a range of sectors.
  • Supervise the preparation and review of monthly or quarterly management accounts for a variety of clients.
Workflow & Time Management
  • Manage workflows for junior team members to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Provide comprehensive briefings, supervision, and training to junior staff, ensuring accuracy and quality in their work.
  • Lead, support, and mentor junior team members, offering continuous feedback and professional development guidance.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Qualifications
  • Recently qualified (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or part-qualified with relevant experience 4 years +.
  • Strong recent experience in practice, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
Cloud Software Proficiency
  • Proficient in cloud accounting software and associated add-ons (e.g., Xero, Quick Books, Dext, Hubdoc).
  • Skilled in accounts preparation software such as Case Ware.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data filtering tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
