VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a prestigious Public Sector client in Belfast in their recruitment of a Band 6 Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Senior Accountant in providing a range of financial and management accounting services to the wider organisation, including external customers. To be considered for this role it is essential to be a Part-Qualified Accountant, having completed foundation level as a minimum.

This is initially a contract for a period of 6 months and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to secure a permanent contract, depending on performance.

About you

• Part-Qualified Accountant with at least foundation level completed
• Strong MS Excel capabilities
• Financial Management experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Available at short notice
