The Role
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
* Plan, lead and complete audit engagements to a high standard
* Review audit files and provide technical guidance to teams
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
* Support the development and mentoring of audit staff
* Contribute to process improvements and best practice within the audit function

The Person
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent), essential
* Proven experience operating at Audit Manager level or ready to step up
* Strong technical audit knowledge and attention to detail
* Ability to manage deadlines, teams and client expectations
