We’re seeking a DP Accountant to take the lead on financial management for the NI Direct Contact Centre contract – a high-profile project that impacts thousands of citizens across Northern Ireland.

This is your chance to shape financial strategy, ensure value for money, and deliver open book accounting in a contract subject to scrutiny by Internal Audit, NIAO, and the Public Accounts Committee. Your analysis and advice will influence senior management decisions and external stakeholders. What You'll Do:
Manage accounting, costing, forecasting, and risk reporting systems Develop and monitor contract financial processes Produce financial reports for senior boards Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Ensure compliance with Managing Public Money NI Lead on business cases and post-project evaluations

What We’re Looking For:

Full membership of a recognised professional accountancy body (e.g., ICAI, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, management accounting, and cost analysis Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable:
