Accountant - Assistant Manager/Manager - Belfast

MCS Group are looking for an Accountant - Assistant Manager/Manager to join a well established and highly regarded accountancy practice based in Belfast.

Our client is a well-established accountancy practice based in Belfast. They provide a range of services including Audit, Accounts, Corporate finance, Tax & Payroll to a wide range of clients across NI, ROI and the US. Now is a brilliant time to be joining the company as they look to add another experienced Accountant - Assistant Manager/Manager

As the successful Accountant - Assistant Manager/Manager you will receive the following:

• £42k-£50k+
• Bonus (10%)
• On-site Gym
• Hybrid working (3 days office)
• Flexible Working Hours
• Early Friday Finish

As the successful Accountant - Assistant Manager/Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for a range of clients
• Preparation of tax computations and returns
• Ad-hoc advisory projects
• Mentoring junior team members
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent
• Strong Accounts Preparation experience
• Wider experience in Tax, VAT and CIS is desired
• Previous experience as Assistant Manager/Manager
• Previous accountancy practice experience
• Strong IT skills
• Strong communication skills
