Leading all maintenance and reliability activities across the site

Driving preventative and predictive maintenance programs that reduce downtime

Developing and mentoring a capable maintenance team

Using performance data to identify failures before they occur

Managing budgets, contractors, and external vendors

Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Partnering with production and engineering to maximize uptime and efficiency

Proven leadership experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong understanding of reliability principles, PLCs, and industrial equipment

Ability to build accountable teams and structured maintenance processes
