Director of Maintenance and Custodial Services
Candidate must have hands‑on experience and a working knowledge of building maintenance in all areas of general maintenance such as carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Experience with HVAC is preferred. Candidate should also have experience and knowledge of the working of schools, custodial work, and OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage building work schedules.
- Supervise and evaluate custodial and maintenance staff.
- Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- Apply basic computer skills to manage schedules and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands‑on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Knowledge of school custodial operations and OSHA regulations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team‑leadership skills.
