The Master Data (MDG) Lead Systems Analyst will be accountable for managing and maintaining master data accuracy and integrity through the SAP Master Data Governance solution. Responsibilities include designing and configuring master data solutions, configuring the MDG system, defining the data governance policies, ensuring data quality and resolving data-related issues. The role requires collaboration with business and IT teams to support data integration projects, data cleansing and user training to uphold data accuracy and compliance.

This position requires strong knowledge of Master Data business processes and critical data elements in the Customer, Supplier, Material and Financial domains. Basic knowledge and significance of these critical data elements in the SAP S4 Hana business process and Ariba is a must. Team members should have the technical and communication skills needed to interface directly with internal stakeholders to administer and enhance the system.

The Lead Systems Analyst is expected to provide functional and technical leadership, mentoring and advising team members, and being the primary point of contact for cross‑functional collaborations. Experience with MDG interfaces with S/4 Hana and Ariba is a plus.
