The Production Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the packet value stream within our production environment. This includes day‑to‑day commitments covering the production floor, resource planning and production execution. The Production Manager ensures that their departments operate within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. Full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and on‑time delivery requirements are met.

This position reports to the Site Manager – Belen.

• Develop a strong positive team culture, in line with Colorcon’s six values.
• Responsible for efficient, safe, and profitable utilization of equipment, materials, facilities, and personnel.
• Provide general direction on the machinery for Packets production department.
• Monitor and evaluate total operations to assure quality and quantity performance of products.
• Ensure participation and compliance of all EHS and 6S policies and procedures.
• Participate in customer audits, support internal audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Interface with management, sales, supply chain and customer service for total coordination of services for quality products, timely delivery and assure a profitable operation.
• Responsible for maintaining and implementing budget control for respective departments.
• Interface with regulatory agencies as related to production process, material, and staff.
